Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Methods

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.

Free shipping may be offered during certain promotions or for orders over a specified amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

  • Misspelled or incomplete addresses
  • Apartment/suite numbers not provided
  • Incorrect recipient information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist, but carriers maintain responsibility once the package is in transit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or provide further instructions.

Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have begun processing.

If you need assistance, contact us immediately after placing your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
