3. Refunds

Once we inspect and approve your return, you will receive:

• Store credit (if preferred)
  

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange your product depending on availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace it free of charge.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

We do not reimburse shipping fees originally paid at checkout.
