1. Returns Policy

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be considered, items should be:

  • Clean

  • Undamaged

  • In original condition

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Custom-made items

  • Gift cards


3. Refunds

If your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, you may receive:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit (if preferred)

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval.


4. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange depending on availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos

Approved claims will receive a free replacement.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
